ABOUT THE GALA The JDRF Hope Gala is a black-tie fundraising dinner that benefits the JDRF  Florida Suncoast Chapter. More than 300 prominent philanthropic community leaders join JDRF for a seated dinner, silent and live auctions and live entertainment.  Our 2015 event combined with the Lucas Cup Pro-Am raised more than $1.1 million for T1D research and we hope to surpass that amount this year.

ABOUT JDRF JDRF is the leading global organization focused on type 1 diabetes research. JDRF’s goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D.  JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, regulatory influence and a working plan to bring life-changing therapies from the lab to the T1D community. With the generous help of our supporters, JDRF is pursing a diversified, dynamic research agenda aimed at moving us even closer to a world without T1D.

SUPPORT THE GALA Align with an organization that supports your philanthropic goals, as well as your business footprint. Your name/logo will be seen by patrons of the Florida Suncoast Chapter covering all of Southwest Florida, from Bradenton to Marco Island. Sponsorship opportunities range from $25,000 to $3,500.

FUND A CURE Fund A Cure is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of people living with T1D through a 100% tax-deductible donation in support of JDRF’s mission. Gala patrons will have the opportunity to make a Fund A Cure donation during a special presentation at the JDRF Hope Gala. Donations can also be made online or by mail if you are unable to attend.
