Introducing our Honorees 
In the tradition of two daring Moms, Carol Lurie and Lee Ducat, founding members of JDRF, who believed we could find the cure for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), at this year’s Hope Gala Dream Ball, JDRF honors five local Moms, each with their own unique and inspiring story to tell about how T1D forever changed and impacted their lives and that of their sons, daughters, and loved ones living with this disease. They will share how they, with your support of our Dream Ball, strive to do everything possible to make our dream come true: to find a cure for T1D through funding of research so that all people impacted by diabetes can live their lives to their fullest.
